1)HOW DO I ORDER ONLINE?

Add items to your shopping bag by clicking on the first item you wish to purchase. Choose the color, size, and quantity you want then click add to shopping bag. After reviewing your purchase, you can continue shopping by clicking on a category or click start checkout. You will be asked for your shipping information, which is the address you wish to have the package shipped to. Once you done you will automatically redirect to your PAYPAL account to complete the transaction. If this is a referral or a coupon, please be sure to include a message. Now double-check your order and click on complete checkout to submit your order. You will receive an on screen receipt and an e-mail order confirmation will follow shortly. Make sure you write down your order number just in case you need to reference it later.

Sorry, at this time, we are unable to process orders by phone or fax. We only process orders online for your easiest convenience. We answer support questions through our online support system. 5)PRICING & SALES TAX

The prices displayed on the Web sites are quoted in US dollars and are valid and effective only in the US. For international orders please click on Currency calculator to get the accurate sale price www.xe.com.

It is very important that your order is processed correctly. We are required by law to collect tax on all sales made within the state of Florida. Sales tax does not apply to orders shipped to other states.

Most likely yes! Our entire inventory is listed in our store, if you cannot find what you are looking for, and then the item is already sold out.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

11)DO YOU ACCEPT RETURN ITEMS?

Our goal is 100% satisfaction for your purchase from Ladiesfashionsense. All Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 21 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. All On Sale merchandise  can only be returned for store credit. All items marked Clearance are final sale and non-refundable.

 Securely package the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to the above address. We will not  be responsible for items lost in transit and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender. For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring your package.

11a) What If My Package Is Loss Or Stolen?

 Ownership of packages turned over to USPS transfers to the buyer. We are not responsible for lost, held, or damaged packages. We are not responsible for mis-delivery errors via carrier, or incorrect shipping info. Shipping is a service you purchase from USPS along with your order from us, so any shipping issues must be handled by USPS. INSURANCE is available to add to any order, and is strongly recommended for any order you can't afford to lose. 

12) WHERE DO YOU SHIP & WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING RATES?

We ship to the United States (50 States) & Worldwide.  Please refer to the shipping rate chart for pricing.

13)DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

Yes we do. We are proud to offer shipping to APO/FPO addresses so you can send items to friends and family serving in the military. All shipments to APO/FPO addresses are sent via U.S. Priority or First Class Mail. The estimated delivery is from  5 to 7 business days once the order has been shipped; however, some destinations may take up to 21 days.

14) HOW DO I ENTER APO or FPO ADDRESS ON THE ORDER FORM?

If you're placing an order for shipment to an APO/FPO address, enter "APO" or "FPO" in the "City" field followed by "AE" for recipients stationed in Europe, Canada, Africa, or the Middle East; "AA" for recipients stationed in the Americas; and "AP" for recipients stationed in Asia or the Pacific. Then choose the appropriate military state designation in the dropdown menu for "State." Then, enter the appropriate ZIP code and follow the steps to finalize your order. Please allow extra time for delivery to these locations. For help with shipping to APO/FPO addresses, please follow these steps:

  • Country field: Select "United States" toggle button on the top on the form
  • City field: Enter "APO" or "FPO"
  • State field: Select "Armed Forces Americas (except Canada)," "Armed Forces Africa," Armed Forces Canada," "Armed Forces Middle East," Armed Forces Europe," or "Armed Forces Pacific" depending on where the recipient is stationed
  • Zip code: Enter zip code associated with the APO/FPO address
15)DO YOU OFFER COMBINED/DISCOUNTED SHIPPING?

Yes of course! If you buy more than one items, we will combine all orders to save on shipping.

16)HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

Once payment is received and or cleared, items are shipped within 24-48 hours. USA 3-5 days average transit time, Canada 5-10,
international 10-14 days average. In some cases, heavily combined orders take longer.

All e-check payments through PAYPAL have a waiting period of 3-4 business days until it clears.  Your item will be shipped when e-check clears.
Money orders and personal checks have a waiting period of 7-10 business days until it clears.  Your item(s) will be shipped once payment has cleared.
17)WHAT SHIPPING CARRIER DO YOU SHIP USE?

 

All orders from Ladiesfashionsense.com are shipped via USPS  Priority Mail which usually takes between 3-5 days for Domestic and 5-10 days for International deliveries. 

18)DO WE OFFER OVERNIGHT OR EXPRESS SHIPPING?

Yes,we do.  Buyers pay additional fee for overnight or express shipping. 

19)HOW DO I KNOW IF THE ITEM WAS SHIPPED?

We will send you a shipping notification along with a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

20)DID YOU RECEIVE MY PAYMENT?

If we have received your payment then you will receive a shipping notification email within 24-48 hours.

21)WHERE IS MY ITEM?

We will always advise you when your item is being ship. If you have not received your item in the allotted time we are truly sorry. We will do whatever it takes to find a solution. We will try to track the item. In most cases all items are returned to the sender. In this case, we reship at our cost; unless we were given an incorrect shipping address.

22)HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ORDER IS COMPLETE?

When the returned merchandise is received by Ladiesfashionsense.com, your card account will be credited for the merchandise less all shipping charges.
