Ordering is done via your shopping basket, which you can access via the MY BASKET link at the top right of each page. You can add items to the basket by using any of the search methods, entering a quantity, checking the ADD TO BASKET check box against one or several products and clicking the ADD TO BASKET button. You can change quantities and delete items in your basket as necessary. When you're satisfied with your order click the PROCEED button.
To complete the ordering process you can choose how you'd like to pay, where you'd like your order to be sent and other information such as creating a delivery schedule of your products for some time in the future.
When you have added all the items you require to your basket and are ready to CHECKOUT, press the GO TO CHECKOUT button on the right hand side of your basket to enter the 5-step buying process.
Here you choose how you want to pay for your order. The choices are credit / debit cards or paypal. Once you have made your selection, populate the details as necessary and click on PROCEED TO DELIVERY to move to the next step.
If you have previously populated your delivery address within MY ACCOUNT you can select your desired address by clicking the SAVED ADDRESS box and selecting the one you want. Alternatively you can fill out the details during this step and save it for future use.On the right hand side of the screen you can select delivery options, delivery type and add notes for the carrier and comments that will appear on the dispatch note. At this point you can also check a box under the billing address to stipulate this as the invoice address. When you are happy with the details press PROCEED TO INVOICING.
Again, if you have previously filled out this information within MY ACCOUNT this section will be pre-populated by default and you will only have to review the details. If you are processing your first order simply fill in the required invoice address fields and payment method details and PROCEED TO REVIEW ORDER.
This is your last chance to review and edit your order before you submit it. This page will display all details relating to your order. If you want to edit any part of your order simply click EDIT within the appropriate section you want to amend, or click on the relevant step on the timeline at the top of the page to jump back to the step you want to amend. Before you can submit an order you will need to ensure that the TERMS AND CONDITIONS box has been ticked. If you are happy, click CONFIRM ORDER.
Once you submit your order an on screen prompt will confirm your order has been sent to us. You will receive a confirmation email including your order details and the order reference number. Once your order has shipped , you will receive a shipment notification along with a tracking number via email.
CCV Number - Additional Security during Payment
Look on the reverse of your credit card. If there is a 3 digit number in the signature strip of your card, please enter this in the space provided for CCV number (Credit Card Verification Number). The ORDER ACKNOWLEDGEMENT page is displayed after clicking SUBMIT ORDER on the ORDER SUMMARY page. The order status, to the top right of the page, says Submitted. An order confirmation number is also displayed for your order. You can print this page, by either clicking the print icon on your browser menu or select Print from the File menu. You'll also be sent an email confirming receipt of your order.
An order can only be cancelled by contacting us . Due to the efficiency of the Internet ordering process it may not be possible to prevent the delivery of these items. However you can take advantage of our 21 day no quibble guarantee for return of items.
