If you are unsatisfied with your returnable item for any reason, simply send it and the receipt back to us within 21 days of arrival for a refund or store credit.
Please see exceptions below on some product categories. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns on sunglasses, jewelry, handbags, or accessories. Some products, as marked clearly in their description, are not returnable. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Sale Items
Items clearly marked as 'Sale' may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit redeemable at Ladiesfashionsense.com
International Orders
We accept international returns and they are subject to the same restrictions as domestic orders.
Damaged / Defective Goods:
At Ladiesfashionsense, we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at Ladiesfashionsense@yahoo.com to be eligible for a refund.
Return Policy
Our goal is 100% satisfaction for your purchase from Ladiesfashionsense. All Online purchases may be returned or exchanged within 21 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. All On Sale merchandise can only be returned for store credit. All items marked Clearance are final sale and non-refundable.

Securely package the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to the above address. We will not be responsible for items lost in transit and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender. For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring your package.
IMPORTANT: International, Express and Overnight Shipping charges are non-refundable. All Returned items Domestic and International must be in brand new condition with no alterations, odors, (sweat,perfume, smoke ETC), and All tags must be attached and free of any defects.
Return Procedures:
- Please fill out information on the bottom part of your receipt with our return information.
- Please leave your contact info including your full name, phone number, and email address along with a short note in your return package so we know who to refund
- Place your items to be returned with the completed return receipt on top
- Return shipping address will be included on the original packing receipt. You may also call or email us at any time to get this information.
- Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original delivery.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
- Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
Exchange Policy
Standard Exchange - Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new item to you at no additional cost. As soon as we have shipped the item, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information.
Please Note: Your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your order is received. If your exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued. There will be a refund only if the item is defected during shipment. For exchanges, just pack everything back up and mail it.
