Return & Exchange Policies

Ladiesfashionsense wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with your returnable item for any reason, simply send it and the receipt back to us within 21 days of arrival for a full refund or store credit.

Please see exceptions below on some product categories. We do not refund original or return shipping charges.

Returns & Exchanges Criteria

  • All return/exchanges must be received within 21 days of the original shipment date.
  • All items must be returned to us in their original, unworn, unwashed, and smoke-free condition.
  • Final sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. Redlined sale items, nail polish, earrings, hosiery, and greeting cards are final sale and cannot be returned.
  • Gifts may be returned for store credit only.
  • If applicable, all items must be returned with their original tags and accessories (including removable belts, straps, brooches, etc.).
  • Bathing suits must be returned with their hygienic liner.
  • Shoes must be returned with their original shoebox. Please pack the shoebox inside another box as the original shoebox must be returned undamaged and postage-free.
For hygienic reasons, we do not accept returns on earrings, bathing suits without hygienic liner, hosiery, panties. Some products, as marked clearly in their description, are not returnable. We also do not accept returns on items that have been worn, altered, washed, or damaged in any way.
Sale Items
Items clearly marked as 'Sale' may be returned for store credit only, unless otherwise noted. Upon receiving your return, we will issue you a store credit redeemable at
International Orders
We accept international returns and they are subject to the same restrictions as domestic orders.
Damaged / Defective Goods:
At Ladiesfashionsense, we are committed to selling only first-quality fashions and accessories. To that end, we employ several quality checks before an item is shipped. If you have received a damaged or defective item, please notify us by email within 3 days of receiving the order, at to be eligible for a refund.

Please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy and don’t hesitate to contact us for any order assistance.  All Online purchases returns and exchanges must be received within 21 days from the date of purchase for a full refund from the original ship date. All On Sale merchandise  can only be returned for store credit. All items marked Clearance are final sale and non-refundable.

Securely package the return merchandise and invoice in an appropriate shipping box or envelope, and send back to the above address. We will not  be responsible for items lost in transit and any lost package claims must be made by you, the sender. For this reason, we strongly recommend insuring your package.
IMPORTANT: International, Express and Overnight Shipping charges are non-refundable. All Returned items Domestic and International must be in brand new condition with no alterations, odors, (sweat,perfume, smoke ETC), and All tags must be attached and free of any defects. We inspect all returned items and reserve the right to deny a refund or refuse full refund based on the returned condition. A 20% restocking fee will be charged if the item(s) returned are not in the condition stated above
Return Procedures:
  • Please fill out information on the bottom part of your receipt with our return information.
  • Please leave your contact info including your full name, phone number, and email address along with a short note in your return package so we know who to refund
  • Place your items to be returned with the completed return receipt on top
  • Return shipping address will be included on the original packing receipt. You may also call or email us at any time to get this information.
  • Return packages must be postmarked no later than 30 days from date of original delivery.
  • Customer is responsible for return shipping costs as well as items lost or damaged. We recommend that you insure your package and use a shipper, such as USPS Priority Mail, UPS or Federal Express that allows you to track your package. If you send a return COD, it will not be accepted.
  • Claims for packages lost or damaged in transit must be made by the shipper.
Exchange Procedures:
Please place a new order for the item you wish to exchan ge
Please use the Return and Exchange Form  and mark the box "Exchange Order Placed".
US Orders Only: Your exchanged order shipping will be refunded when we process your return package
Standard Exchange - Once we receive your item for exchange, we will send your new item to you at no additional cost. As soon as we have shipped the item, you will receive an e-mail containing the tracking information.
Please Note: Your exchange item may be out of stock by the time your order is received. If your exchange is out of stock, a refund will be issued. There will be a refund only if the item is defected during shipment. For exchanges, just pack everything back up and mail it.
Returns & Exchanges Details

Returns/exchanges are processed within 5-10 business days upon receipt of the package.

Refunds are issued back to the original form of payment or store credit.

The buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. Original and return shipping fees are non-refundable.

For US orders only, we will send you your new exchange order with complimentary standard shipping. Your new exchange order’s standard shipping fee will be refunded when we process your return package.

Refused Packages:

Please pay more attention on your package delivery. Refused, Returned or Unclaimed Packages: is not responsible for packages that are refused, unclaimed or returned to us because of lack of signature. Please be aware of the shipping terms and requirements when you choose a method of shipping.

Unclaimed Packages

Unclaimed and refused packages which are returned to us, Unclaimed Shipments: If a package we sent is unclaimed and returned to us, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges once again to get the package re-sent; additional shipping charges are require­d, no exceptions.


Wrong Address, Stolen Packages

Wrong Address: If USPS or UPS fail to deliver a package because the address provided by the customer is wrong or incomplete, the customer will need to pay the shipping charges once again to get the package re-sent.

Stolen Packages: Packages are sometimes left by the carrier on a doorstep if no one is home. It is the responsibility of the customer to make arrangements to secure the package. If the package is stolen, will not be held responsible, and will not replace the package.

Terms & Conditions

We inspect all returns/exchanges and reserve the right to deny or refuse a full refund based on the returned condition. Items that do not match the criteria above are subject to denial, store credit, and a 20-50% restocking fee.


Restocking Fees

In some cases, a reasonable restocking fee may be charged to a buyer for returned items.

What is a reasonable restocking fee?

A restocking fee is a percentage of the item's price depending on the type of item and condition in which it is returned. If you wish, you may charge a restocking fee up to the following amounts:

  • Up to 15% of item's price - Unopened items in their original condition that are returned more than 21 days after delivery
  • Up to 50% of item's price - Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or are missing parts for reasons other than the seller’s error


Please consider delivery confirmation/shipping insurance for your return/exchange package as is not responsible for lost return packages without tracking information.
